OKAY Engineering Welcomes Trevor Smart

Trevor brings extensive commercial and technical experience, with a proven track record of driving sales growth across the recycling and waste management sector. In his new role, he will lead OKAY Engineering’s sales strategy, with a strong focus on supporting MRF operators as they respond to the operational and regulatory challenges of the UK’s Simpler Recycling reforms. This includes helping customers develop new facilities, improve performance, maximise material recovery, and future-proof their operations.

Founded in 1950, OKAY Engineering is a family-owned British engineering company with more than 70 years of experience designing and manufacturing high-performance recycling, waste processing, and materials-handling systems from its headquarters in Northamptonshire.
