It may sound obvious to say that the primary purpose of a Glass Breaker Screen is to break glass but this is no easy task. Glass is an attritional material that destroys mild steel and untreated metals, let alone softer materials.
Our Glass Breaker Screens are designed to withstand this attritional effect while breaking the glass content and separating it out from DMR and other materials for onward processing.
