Shuttle conveyors sit on a rail system and can feed along the rail section as well as being reversible making this conveyor a great choice for filling and feeding.

When used for filling, the robust yet nibble machines can switch direction at any time while running along a track that sits over the area/item to be filled.  This set-up allows them to fill the container, bunker, hopper, bin, trailer or store to the max both evenly and automatically.

When used for feeding, our shuttle conveyors run on a track sitting above a series of bunkers, machines, EfW feeds, charge boxes etc allowing them to fill to the required amount automatically.

Whether filling or feeding, our shuttle conveyors can be linked to fill sensors in the downstream item to allow an integrated, automated solution.
