Why waste money on conveyors, complex platforming and bespoke supports? OKAY’s modular NIR stacking tower offers THE most compact footprint and low-cost set-up for NIRs. Whatever the material being processed, this clever cascade system will allow units to be stacked to fit to whatever headroom is available.

Our thanks to Green Recycling for helping us with the development of this super-efficient NIR tower at their fantastic recycling centre in Maldon, Essex.

Built at OKAY, the accelerators, capture hoods, chutes, platforms and modular supports are shipped as plug-and-play components.

These components are then quickly assembled at site.

With lifting hooks for the full assembly, installation is super-fast.

Modular platforms bolt into place around the stacking tower for easy access.

Customers can integrate new and existing NIRs into the tower.

Modular elements, including spreaders, can be added to suit the bespoke feed.

Interlocked doors and drawbridges ensure safe and full access to the capture hood.
