If glass is a part of an incoming material stream, OKAY offers a Glass Clean-Up module to recover the glass fraction for recycling.
Whether a MRF is processing Commingled material, Containers or Commercial DMR, the Glass Clean-Up module can be added to an existing facility or included in a new one.
We use a mix of controlled feeding, mechanical screening and magnetic sorting before cleaning the resultant glass fraction up to market standards using air technology.
With a compact footprint, and able to be housed outside, it is a very efficient way to process and recover the high density content of glass in an incoming mix.
