UWUK: Fully automatic system to record and log all the physical data of bales
UWUK® is a fully automated system to isolate, weigh and label bales to give easy barcode storage information to re-sellers and off-takers, and is an add-on to a unoTech baling press.
UWUK® is an autonomous system developed by unoTech that first identifies and records the physical data of a bale emerging from the baler, and then marks the bale with a label that is clear, attached to the bale and non-transferrable.
In addition, the unoTech baler controls and the UWUK® control system communicate with each other to give constant feedback. All materials coming into the baler are evaluated using UWUK®. It can then adjust the parameters of the baler for more efficient processing and store these for subsequent material fractions.
For system operators, the advantages are clear:
- With UWUK, manual bale-marking and separate weighing stations are no longer needed
- Setting the parameters of the baler in a network no longer requires expert knowledge.
- Control programs for bunker systems in sorting facilities become much more efficient.
